The path opens where you are ready to meet it
Over three months, we meet 1:1, virtually, each week. Together, we look at what is changing across your inner life, relationships, work, and connection with the living world. I support you in recognizing the patterns beneath the immediate situation, working with what they bring up, and choosing your next steps with greater clarity.
Our work draws on Daoist wisdom, the Five Phases, embodied practice, and the Living Spiral framework, as well as drawing on my 30 years as an entrepreneur in fashion, commerce, art, personal transformation and wellness. The focus is integration in your actual life: the conversations, decisions, habits, and responsibilities waiting for you beyond our sessions.
