Five Elements Living
A 7-Day Immersion in Daoist Philosophy & Earth Connection
Join us for Camping in Nature
with Era Birfer, Sonja den Elzen R.Ac, & Leslie Brennan
Return to the Rhythm of the Living Earth
Come home to the pulse of nature and the quiet intelligence that lives within all things. For seven days and nights, we'll live immersed in the teachings of the Five Elements, bringing them out of concept, and into a way of being.
Rooted in Daoist philosophy, foraging, natural craft, and embodied practice, this journey invites you to re~member your place in the great web of life.
Together, we'll cultivate presence, creativity, and connection~aligning body, mind, and spirit to the seasonal rhythm of late summer, the Earth phase, a time of nourishment, harvest, and harmony.
"Empty yourself of everything. Let the mind become still. The ten thousand things rise and fall while the Self watches their return. They grow and flourish and then return to the source. Returning to the source is stillness, which is the way of nature."
